The term Code162, which I use as a username from time to time, comes from The De Bono Code Book by Edward de Bono. His assumption, in very short, is that language is starting to show its problems and there might be a lot of different meanings for 'good' or 'friend' in different settings, cultures, languages, ... . The way to solve this is a code system that has clear definitions of every code. Obviously codes sound a bit weird at the moment, but the concept is interesting. So what was Code162 again? :)
Code 16/2
This is more than competent. This is excellent. There is more than expected competence. The performance is beyond competence. The performance is superb.
If competence is the acceptable base then this performance is above the baseline. Occasionally you feel not just well but 'super well'.
What has been provided is more thant was expected or asked for. This is a very fine performance.
On the scale of competence this is the top end. There is no higher assessment.
